Having witnessed the transformative power of self-discovery, my "Why" for coaching is helping professionals build confidence, find deeper motivation, and achieve a fulfilling career, and life.​
My journey as a "citizen of the world" has taken me across continents, working and living in the United States, Asia, and the UK. These experiences have cultivated a deep understanding and appreciation for diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. ​
Leveraging 20 years of experience working in both Fortune 500 companies and startups, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and adaptability to the table. This allows me to understand the needs of both established organizations and agile ventures.

As an adjunct faculty, I enjoy sharing learning and insights. I've been teaching software go-to-market to mid-career professionals at the University of Washington, equipping them with the skills and tools to thrive in today's ever evolving technology landscape.
